Recently we provided video production coverage of the Howard County Chamber Women’s Leadership Conference. The event took place at Live! Casino & Hotel Live Casino & Resort. It was an inspiring, empowering and enlightening platform to recognize women in every stage of their profession.
There were amazing speakers like Jennifer Grondahl, CFRE Senior VP Community Development & Communications at Baltimore Orioles (picture above) and Precious L. Williams “Killer Pitch Master” Corporate Trainer and #1 Best Selling Author (picture below) that shared impactful stories and advice that resonated with everyone.
Our video production team consisted of two videographers and one video producer. The entire conference was a one day event from 9AM to 4PM. We always recommend having at least two videographers at an event or conference to make sure we capture as much content as possible and from multiple angles. At a conference there is always moving parts and priceless moments that happen at the spur of the moment. That’s why we alway recommend having a video producer onsite as well, to coordinate with the camera crew, facilitate interviews and identify key opportunities for amazing b-roll shots.
After the conference, our video editing team put together a video recap for the Howard County Chamber of Commerce to use for their website and social media platforms. They are able to use this for a look back at the event and to create excitement for next year’s event.
