Social Media Intern
About the Opportunity
Plush Marketing Agency is offering a structured summer learning experience for college students currently
enrolled in marketing, communications, or related programs who want hands-on exposure to digital marketing and
social media in a professional agency environment. This internship is designed to complement classroom
learning, not to replace a paid position, and is built around mentorship, training, and skill development.
What You’ll Learn
• Hands-on training in social media content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• How marketing strategy, branding, and analytics work inside a real agency
• Content planning and post scheduling under direct supervision of marketing professionals
• How to research digital trends and evaluate their application to brand campaigns
• Agency workflows, observed through participation in weekly team meetings
What You’ll Receive
• Guided one-on-one mentorship from experienced marketing professionals
• Portfolio development support and professional networking opportunities
• A letter of recommendation upon successful completion
• Assistance coordinating academic credit with your department
Qualifications
• Current enrollment in a marketing, communications, or related college program
